At Organic Store VIP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all returns and refunds.
1. Returns Policy
You can return any product within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition. If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

Return Conditions: The product must be in its original condition with all packaging intact. Items that are opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return unless they are defective.
Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2. Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process. The returned product must be in new and unused condition. Once the return is processed, we will send the exchanged product to you.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include:
- Personalized Products: Products that have been customized or personalized.
- Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted price or marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with a return label and either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference. Please provide photos of the damage to expedite the process.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:
Processing Time: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged or missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the product.
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow our return procedure after receiving the item.
7. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, international returns may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Processing Returns and Refunds
